Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026 · Cybroxa Mobile for Android · cybroxa.com

Short version: Cybroxa does not require an account and does not sell your data. Your server list, favourites, nickname, and settings stay on your device. When you connect to an SA-MP server, that server can see your IP address and in-game nickname.

1. Who we are

Cybroxa develops the Cybroxa SA-MP launcher and the Cybroxa Mobile Android app. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app or visit this website.

2. Information we collect

We do not require an account, email address, or phone number to use Cybroxa Mobile. We do not include advertising SDKs or account analytics in the app. For Google Play's Data Safety section, the developer does not collect or share personal data through Cybroxa Mobile.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message so we can reply. If you join our Discord or another community platform, that platform's own privacy policy applies.

3. Information stored on your device

The app stores the following locally on your device:

  • Your player nickname and app settings, such as auto-connect and reduced motion.
  • Favourite servers and any custom server addresses you add.
  • Your mod loadout selections.
  • Game data and configuration files needed by the bundled SA-MP game core.

This information is not uploaded to a Cybroxa account or cloud service. It remains in the app's local storage and its app-specific external files folder.

4. Network connections and SA-MP servers

Cybroxa Mobile uses the internet to query SA-MP servers and to let the game connect to the server you choose. A server query sends the server's IP address and port over UDP and receives public server information such as its name and player count.

When you join a server, that server and its operators may receive your IP address, in-game nickname, and gameplay-related data. Cybroxa does not control those servers, and their privacy practices may differ from ours. Please review the rules and privacy information of any community server you join.

The app may also open external links, such as Google Play, this website, or Discord. Those services receive data according to their own policies.

5. Permissions

Cybroxa Mobile requests permissions only for features that need them:

  • Internet and network state — to query servers and connect to the game.
  • Storage — to read and write game data in the app's external files folder. On Android 13 and newer, the app uses app-specific storage and does not need broad file access.
  • Microphone — declared for in-game voice features. The app does not record audio unless you use a feature that requires it.
  • Vibration and wake lock — to support gameplay feedback and keep the screen awake during a session.

You can review or revoke permissions in Android Settings. Some game features may stop working if a required permission is denied.

6. Third-party services

The app and website link to third-party services, including Google Play, Discord, X, YouTube, and Reddit. We do not control those services. Their privacy policies apply to any information you provide to them.

The website loads Google Fonts from Google's servers. Google may receive your IP address and browser information when the font files are requested. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

7. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a merger or transfer of the project. Because the app does not maintain a user account database, we generally have no personal account data to disclose.

8. Retention and deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove favourites, custom servers, and other preferences in the app, or clear all app data from Android Settings > Apps > Cybroxa > Storage > Clear data. Uninstalling the app removes its app-specific data, including game files stored in its external files folder.

If you emailed us, you can ask us to delete your support correspondence by contacting us at the address below.

9. Children's privacy

Cybroxa Mobile is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the app and website, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Game data and server connections are handled on your device and by the servers you choose. Protect your device with a screen lock and keep Android updated.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated, and material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.

12. Contact us

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to support@cybroxa.gg. Please include “Privacy” in the subject line so we can route your request.
